Helen is a creative force, weaving her extensive experience in bespoke tailoring, dressmaking, and teaching into her passion for Paverpol art. Her journey began with crafting uniforms for the 1974 Commonwealth Games and spanned roles at CPIT, Nga Hau Whau National Marae, and the YWCA.

A skilled educator, Helen has a Certificate and Diploma in Adult Teaching, and has shared her expertise in textile arts across various institutions. Now, she focuses on inspiring others with Paverpol, creating vibrant animal pieces and sharing her knowledge at Papanui High Adult Ed and art expos.
