An amateur artist that enjoys working in a variety of mediums. I am constantly endeavoring to capture the interaction of light and colour on the canvas, and surrounded by Rangiora's stunning southern scenery and skies, I have endless inspiration to draw from. I create in my studio a place of joy and sunshine.

Since returning to NZ from Europe I have found a love of painting. After visiting art galleries, fabulous stained glass, little Italian villages and Amalfi beaches, to name a few, I have a inspiration for a life time. I usually paint in acrylics but have started experimenting in pastels. My father was a watercolour artist so I have inherited lots of lovely brushes and art books so will branch out into watercolour as well.
